What I most appreciate about Corderos, and I’ve been coming here for a very long time, is that when Mark thinks I’m asking for something that isn’t needed, he tells me so. Never mind that he could charge me for doing it, he doesn’t. And that is why I trust him.

Introduction: In my opinion, Cordero’s Auto Repair is apparently one of the best kept secrets in West Windsor. I am writing to open that secret. I have been dealing with local car repair shops in the area for a long time. Including Car Dealerships, Gas Stations and other Car Repair Shops. First, it’s a lesser-known fact that Car Dealerships make their money by ‘servicing cars’ Not by ‘selling them’. Gas Stations and other Repair Shops can be OK but, in my opinion, the mechanics are somewhat tech-light and readily move on. And their services / fees are frequently expanded beyond the original assignment. Cordero’s is quite the opposite of these alternatives. They are personable, professional, knowledgeable and (more than) fair-minded about fees. The factually positive side of the equation: The Service Manager is AJ. He is extroverted, personable, and patiently listens to your concerns about your auto or truck. I suggest you meet him. I can almost guarantee that you will like him. The other mechanics are long-term employees who have (collectively) probably forgotten more about cars than most drivers will ever know. Replaced the battery in my Mercedes wagon and repaired the cigarette/phone charging system. Very fast service at a very fair price. When my Honda Odyssey would not start I jumped it and brought it in for a new battery. They tested it and said I just left it unused for too long and did not replace it. They charged up the battery and did not even charge me a service fee. They seem to be very capable people and they seem to charge a fair price

Mark and his son AJ run a very honest shop! My dad and I have been going here since I was a kid. Now that I have my own car, they are the only ones I trust with my car. They are first come first served but make it a point to work with you to get your car seen and fixed for an extremely reasonable price. I have moved to different cities and have never had the same experience or prices that they offer. They make you feel like they are taking care of one of their own! I couldn’t recommend them enough!
